1. The Service Provider provides the Customer with the following payment methods under the Rental Agreement and the Sales Agreement:

a. Payment by transfer to the Service Provider's bank account;

b. Electronic payments and card payments via PayPal.com. Settlement of electronic payment and payment card transactions is carried out in accordance with the Customer's choice via PayPal.com. Electronic and payment card payments are handled by PayPal.com, a company called PayPal (Europe) S.a. r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5th floor 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg.

2. Available payment methods are indicated when placing the Rental Order and when completing the Rental and Order Form.

3. The Customer is obliged to make a payment under the Rental Agreement within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Rental Agreement, but no later than 2 days before the First Day of Rental.

4. The Customer is obliged to make a payment under the Sales Agreement within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.

5. The Service Provider provides the Customer concluding the Rental Agreement with the option of making payments in the subscription model. In such a case, the Customer is obliged to make payments on a monthly or annual basis.

1. The Website enables the conclusion of a Product Sales Agreement. The types, description and prices of the Products are provided on the Website.

2. The price of the Product shown on the Website is given in Polish zloty and includes taxes. The Service Recipient is informed about the total price including taxes of the Product that is the subject of the order on the Website when placing the order, including when the Customer expresses his will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.

3. The Service User can purchase Products using the Rental and Order Form - in such a case, the sales contract is concluded upon completing the Rental and Order Form and clicking the "Confirm purchase" field.

4. The Service Provider is obliged to deliver the Product without defects.

5. The use of the Rental and Order Form begins when the Service User selects the Product. Placing an order takes place after the Service User completes a total of two subsequent steps - (1) after completing the Rental and Order Form and (2) after completing the Rental and Order Form, clicking the "Confirm purchase" field - until then, it is possible to independently modify the entered data (including purpose, follow the displayed messages and information available on the Website). In the Rental and Order Form, it is necessary for the Service Recipient to provide the following data regarding the Service Recipient: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, contract data: Product(s), quantity of the Product(s), place and method of delivery of the Product(s), method of payment and attaching a scan of your ID card or passport. In the case of Service Recipients who are not consumers, it is also necessary to provide the company name and NIP number.

6. The content of the concluded Sales Agreement is recorded, secured and made available to the Service User by (1) making these Regulations available on the Website and (2) sending the Service User an e-mail after the purchase. The content of the Sales Agreement is additionally recorded and secured in the IT system of the Service Provider's Website.

1. Delivery of the Product to the Customer is subject to payment, unless the Rental Agreement or Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Product delivery costs (including transport, delivery and postal services fees) are indicated to the Customer before the Customer expresses his will to be bound by the Rental Agreement or Sales Agreement.

2. The Service Provider provides the Customer with the following methods of Product delivery:

a. Postal shipment,

b. Courier delivery.

c. Parcel locker shipment.

3. The delivery time of the Product to the Customer is up to 30 Business Days. The beginning of the delivery period of the Product to the Customer is counted from the date of crediting the Service Provider's bank account or settlement account.

1. This point of the regulations applies only to Service Recipients or Customers who are not consumers, and from January 1, 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to Service Recipients who are not a natural person concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, when the content of this contract it follows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.

2. The Service Provider is entitled at any time to take actions aimed at verifying the truthfulness, reliability and precision of the information provided by the Service Recipient. In terms of verification, the Service Provider is entitled, among others, to: to request the Service User to send a scan of their certificates, attestations or other documents necessary for verification. During the verification referred to in the previous sentence, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend the Service User's Account for the duration of the verification.

3. The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services or the Rental Agreement to the Service Recipient with immediate effect and without indicating reasons by sending such a statement to such Service Recipient.

4. The Service Provider has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of Electronic Services, the Rental Agreement or the Sales Agreement concluded with the Service User within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion. Withdrawal from the contract in this case may take place without giving a reason and does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Service Recipient against the Service Provider.

5. When the Service Provider releases the Product to the carrier, the benefits and burdens related to the Product and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product are transferred to the Customer. In such a case, the Service Provider is not responsible for the loss, loss or damage of the Product occurring from its acceptance for transport until its delivery to the Customer and for any delay in the transport of the shipment.

6. Any disputes arising between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Service Provider.

7. The Service Provider is not liable to the Service User for damages and failure to fulfill obligations resulting from any errors, technical failures or technical interruptions.

8. The Service Provider is liable to the Service Recipient, regardless of its legal basis, only up to the amount of the Rental Price paid to the Service Provider by such Service Recipient or the price under the concluded Sales Agreement. The Service Provider is liable to the Service User only for typical and actually incurred damages, foreseeable at the time of concluding the contract, excluding lost profits.

1. Complaints related to the operation of the Website, Rental Agreements and Sales Agreements may be submitted by the Service Recipient, for example, via e-mail (e-mail: info@xobox.co.uk) or in writing to the following address: Balkonowa 5/19, 03-329 Warszawa .

2. The Service Provider recommends providing in the description of the complaint: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of irregularities; (2) claim; (3) photos and videos documenting damages and irregularities and (4) contact details of the person filing the complaint - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider. The requirements set out in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.

3. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. In the case of consumers, failure to respond within the above deadline means that the Service Provider considered the complaint justified.

4. The Customer who exercises warranty rights is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the following address: Balkonowa 5/19, 03-329 Warszawa. In the case of a Customer who is a consumer, the cost of delivering the Product is borne by the Service Provider.

5. Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Service Provider's liability under the warranty for the Product towards the Customer who is not a consumer is excluded.
